Industrial section-type pulldown gates are initially installed as manual mechanisms or mechanisms operated by a chain winch. The gates may be equipped with electric drives of various capacity and intensity.

Industrial pulldown gates are different from garage gates intended for the private sector due to:
•    Dimensions of the gate plate, in width up to 7 m, in height up to 10 m,
•    More different types of gate raising systems that allow to install them in spaces of almost any configuration.
•    Higher allowed work intensity thanks to components of increased strength and higher work cycles of the torsion spring. The number of cycles is from 25000.
•    Upon request, the manufacturer may provide increased resistance torsion springs with a larger number of work cycles.

Safety equipment
Protection against catching fingers between the gate panels, thanks to a pivot-type construction of the panel connection. Protection against falling in the case of broken spring. Protection against falling in the case of a broken cable.

Types of gate panels
Ribbed – Horizontal board imitation with wooden texture. Cartridge – slat type door imitation  with wooden texture. Glassed – organic glass packets framed by aluminum profiles.Panels for garage doors ensure:
Good thermo isolation due to panel filling with 40 mm thick polyurethane which does not become electrically charged and is protected from the influence of weather and corrosion. The panel connection places are equipped with packing rubber that ensures excellent thermo isolation. Their material allows painting them in any color of your choice. Their use is not expensive and the gates are easy to maintain.

Additional equipment
A rectangular window with organic glass may be built in the gate section. An oval window with organic glass may be built in the gate section. Ventilation traps with adjustable air flow. Gate key – if the gates are not automatic. Ensures the locking of the gates both from the outside and inside.  
Any gate may be equipped with automatic opening/closing system operated by remote control, thereby ensuring the possibility to open the gate without leaving the car - very useful when the weather is bad.
•    The gate automatic system is used according to the gate size, bearing in mind the power of the motor
•    It is equipped with electronic control of the end points
•    Adjustable garage ventilation regime
•    Identification of load changes for the safety of the user
•    Slower movement at the beginning and end of the gate movement
•    When the gates open and close, the automatic system chooses the optimum force of action

Additional equipment (for gates equipped with an automatic system).
•    Photo element – identifies the hindrance and does not allow the gate to close. This equipment allows setting the gate automatic closing function.
•    Emergency key – Equipment for opening the gate from the outside in case of electricity loss, if the garage does not have any other exit.
•    Signal lamp – For identification of gate movement
•    Code key – Allows the gate to be used by persons with entry codes.
•    Wall button – Allows the gate to be used by persons from inside the garage without using the remote control.


Loading systems for warehouses.
We offer the installation and service for the loading systems of the Italian company Tecno Industriale. We offer the more popular solutions both with loading ramp, and without the loading ramp.
